Instructions
PLACING TOYS STRATEGICALLY: Position toys just out of reach to one side, then the other. This encourages babies to turn their head, shift weight, and eventually roll over.
SUPPORTING THE ROLL: Gently guide baby's hip or shoulder if they're almost rolling but can't quite manage. Don't do it for them — just give a little support to help them feel the movement.
CELEBRATING SUCCESS: When baby rolls, respond with delight: 'You rolled over! Clever you!' Your enthusiasm motivates them to try again.
PRACTISING BOTH DIRECTIONS: Ensure toys are placed on both sides to encourage rolling in both directions. This develops balanced core strength.
