Instructions
BALANCING ON RACQUET: 'Can you balance the ball on your racquet and walk to the cone? Don't let it fall!' Balance develops racquet feel.
BOUNCING DOWN: 'Bounce the ball on the floor using your racquet. How many bounces?' Downward bouncing is easier than upward.
HITTING OVER NET: Lower the net to waist height. 'Hit the ball over the net! I'll hit it back!' Rallying develops timing and tracking.
USING BALLOONS: Balloons move slowly, giving time to prepare. 'Hit the balloon up with your racquet. Count how many times!' Perfect for developing tracking.
