TEACHING GLUE CONTROL: 'A little dab of glue is enough. Too much makes it soggy!' Using glue spreaders develops controlled hand movements.
COMBINING TECHNIQUES: 'Cut some shapes with scissors, tear others for rough edges, use sequins for sparkle.' Multiple techniques in one piece.
DEVELOPING AESTHETIC AWARENESS: 'Does your collage need more colour here? What about a border?' Composition awareness alongside motor skills.
