- Maze worksheets at varying difficulty
- Pencils and fine-tip pens
- Laminated sheets with dry-wipe pens
Instructions
STARTING SIMPLE: Begin with 1-10 dot-to-dots and wide-path mazes. Success builds confidence for harder challenges.
TEACHING STRATEGY: 'Find number 1 first. Then look for 2. Draw a line from 1 to 2.' Systematic approach prevents confusion.
MAZE STRATEGIES: 'Look ahead before you draw. Plan your route. If you hit a dead end, go back and try another way!'
INCREASING COMPLEXITY: Progress to 1-20, then 1-50 dot-to-dots. Narrow mazes. Multi-path mazes. Each progression develops finer control.
