Instructions
TEACHING GRIP: 'Left hand at the top, right hand halfway down. The flat side hits the ball!' Correct grip is essential for control.
DRIBBLING PRACTICE: 'Tap the ball gently as you walk. Keep it close to your stick!' Set up cone courses for dribbling through.
PASSING AND RECEIVING: 'Push the ball to your partner. Partner, stop it with your stick!' Paired practice develops both skills.
GAME PLAY: Small-sided games (3v3) with mini goals. 'Dribble towards the goal and shoot! Defenders, try to get the ball!' Keep it simple.
