Instructions

1. Divide into small groups.

2. Each group plans a circus act (dance, tricks, etc.).

3. Practise together.

4. Perform for the class.

Facilitate conflict resolution if groups disagree.

Assessment

Assess against Early Learning Goals (ELGs). Document evidence of 'expected' or 'exceeding' descriptors. Note: independent application of skills, ability to explain reasoning, and capacity to build on prior learning. Observe cooperation and group problem-solving.
