• Base ten blocks
• Place value mats
• Number cards to 100
• Whiteboards

Instructions

1. Build numbers with base ten blocks.

2. Identify how many tens and ones.

3. Practise decomposing: 47 = 40 + 7.

4. Play place value games with circus themes.

Use bundling sticks for hands-on grouping.
