Instructions
STARTING WITH PUSH-ALONGS: Children who can't pedal yet push with their feet while sitting on ride-ons. This develops leg strength and steering.
TEACHING PEDALLING: Pedalling is a complex skill. Guide feet onto pedals: 'Push this foot, now this foot — round and round!' It takes practice.
CREATING ROUTES: Mark simple tracks with chalk or cones. Add stop signs and direction arrows. This adds purpose and teaches road safety concepts.
ENCOURAGING SPATIAL AWARENESS: 'Watch out for the cone! Turn the handlebars this way!' Navigating a route develops planning and spatial skills.
