Instructions
PAIRING THOUGHTFULLY: Mix pairs regularly so children interact with different friends: 'Today your walking buddy is Leo! Hold hands or the rope and look after each other!'
TEACHING PARTNER CARE: 'Your job is to look after your buddy. Walk at THEIR speed. If they stop, you stop. If they fall, help them up. That's what good friends do.'
GIVING SHARED TASKS: Give pairs a mission: 'Find three leaves together!' Shared goals build cooperation: 'You found leaves TOGETHER! Great teamwork!'
CELEBRATING PARTNERSHIP: 'You were such good walking buddies! You held hands the whole way and you helped Leo over the big puddle. That's real friendship!'
