Instructions
NOTICING HELPERS: 'Who helps us every day? The cook makes our lunch! The cleaner keeps our room nice! Your mummy and daddy look after you! Let's say THANK YOU!'
CREATING CARDS: 'Let's make a thank you card for the cook! You can draw a picture and I'll write your words. What do you want to say? Thank you for my delicious lunch!'
DELIVERING CARDS: Let children deliver cards in person: 'Shall we give your card to the cook? You can say thank you and give her your card! She'll be so happy!'
DISCUSSING GRATITUDE: 'How did it feel to say thank you? It makes people feel happy when we notice what they do! Being grateful is a wonderful thing.'
