SETTING THE CHALLENGE: 'Can you build a ramp that makes the ball go all the way to the wall? It's a tricky challenge! You might need to try lots of different ways.'
NORMALISING FAILURE: 'The ball didn't reach! That's okay—that's how we learn! What could we change? Make it higher? Move it closer? Let's try a different way.'
USING GROWTH MINDSET LANGUAGE: 'You can't do it YET. That word is important—YET! You're still learning. Every time you try, you get a bit better.'
CELEBRATING PERSISTENCE: 'You tried SEVEN times and you didn't give up! That's called resilience. It means keeping going even when it's hard. I'm so proud of your resilience!'
