NORMALISING FEAR: 'Everyone feels scared sometimes—even grown-ups! Being scared is our body's way of keeping us safe. It's a normal, important feeling.'
REDEFINING BRAVERY: 'Being brave doesn't mean never being scared. Being brave means feeling scared AND doing it anyway! That's REAL bravery!'
SHARING EXAMPLES: 'I felt brave today when I tried a new recipe. I was worried it wouldn't work, but I tried anyway! When did YOU feel brave?'
CREATING BRAVE BADGES: 'Let's make brave badges for times you were brave! When did you feel scared but tried anyway? Starting nursery? Trying new food? Going on the big slide?'
