Instructions
Start with simple repetitive sounds: 'Can you say buh buh buh? Now puh puh puh? Now mmm mmm mmm?' Make it a game, not a test.
Try very simple tongue twisters: 'She sells sea shells'—slowly, with laughter when it goes wrong! The fun is in the silliness.
Use the mirror: 'Watch my mouth when I say mmm. My lips are together! Now ooh—my lips are round! Can you copy?'
Blow bubbles to develop breath control: 'Blow gently… a long, slow blow. Can you make a really big bubble? That needs a careful, steady breath!'
