Postman Pat Delivery
To develop ability to follow instructions and remember recipients by delivering 'parcels' to named children.

Materials
- Postbag and hat
- Wrapped parcels or envelopes with children's names/photos
- Post box for collection
Instructions
Help the 'postman' by giving clear instructions: 'This letter is for Amira. Can you find Amira and give it to her? Say: here's your letter, Amira!'
Build to two-step deliveries: 'First, give the parcel to Leo. Then give the letter to Sofia. Can you remember? Leo first, then Sofia.'
Encourage recipients to respond: 'What do you say when the postman gives you a letter? Thank you! Let's open it and see what's inside!'
Let children take turns being the postman, receptionist, and recipient—each role requires different language skills.
