Instructions
BUILDING CONFIDENCE: Let children enter water at their own pace. Some love it immediately; others need gentle, patient encouragement over weeks.
TEACHING BLOWING BUBBLES: 'Put your chin in the water and blow — bubbles!' This is the foundation of breathing technique for swimming.
ENCOURAGING KICKING: Hold children under the arms and let them kick: 'Kick your legs — splash, splash, splash!' Or kick while holding a float.
CELEBRATING EVERY STEP: Getting face wet, putting head under, floating on back — each is a major achievement. 'You put your face in! So brave!'
