BUILDING GRADUALLY: Start with just hanging from the rope (dead hang builds grip strength). Progress to pulling up, then climbing.
ROPE SWINGING: Hold the rope, lift feet, swing forward. 'Tarzan! Hold tight and swing!' The sensory experience is thrilling.
SUPERVISING CLOSELY: Rope activities require constant supervision. Position yourself to catch if needed.
