Instructions
SETTING CHALLENGES: 'You and your partner need to carry this ball on a tray without dropping it!' 'Can your group of four all stand inside this hoop?'
ENCOURAGING COMMUNICATION: 'Talk to your partner! Tell them which way to go!' Physical cooperation requires verbal communication.
INCREASING DIFFICULTY: Start with simple tasks (carry a ball together) and progress to complex ones (navigate an obstacle course while holding hands).
DEBRIEFING: 'What was hard about that? How did you solve it? What would you do differently?' Reflection develops metacognition.
