IDENTIFYING STRENGTHS: 'Everyone is good at something! Leo is amazing at building. Mia can write her whole name. Amara knows all the colours. What are YOU really good at?'
PAIRING TEACHERS AND LEARNERS: 'Leo, you're brilliant at building. Elena would love to learn. Could you teach her? Show her your techniques!' Teaching builds confidence in both children.
TEACHING HOW TO TEACH: 'Good teachers are patient. Show slowly. Say try it now. If they get stuck, help gently. Don't do it FOR them—help them do it themselves!'
CELEBRATING PEER TEACHING: 'Elena learned to build a bridge because LEO taught her! And Leo learned he's a great teacher! That's amazing—you helped each other grow!'
