INTRODUCING RIGHTS: 'Did you know that every child in the whole world has RIGHTS? Rights are things that EVERY child should have. You have the right to be safe, to learn, to play, and to be heard!'
EXPLORING SPECIFIC RIGHTS: 'The right to play—what does that mean? It means every child deserves time to play! The right to be safe—every child deserves to be protected!'
CONNECTING GLOBALLY: 'Children everywhere have these rights—in England, in India, in Brazil, everywhere! But not all children's rights are respected. That's not fair, is it?'
LINKING TO DAILY LIFE: 'When we play—that's your RIGHT to play! When we learn to read—that's your right to education! When we keep each other safe—that's your right to safety!'
