Model simple storytelling: 'Once upon a time, the princess went for a walk. She met a dragon! The dragon said ROAR! The princess said: don't be scary, let's be friends!'
Invite children to add to the story: 'What does the princess do next? Where does she go? Who else does she meet?' Follow their ideas.
Let children create their own story spoons using stickers and pens, then tell the story of their character.
