- Plastic rings
- Cones or bottles
- Tape for distance markers
Instructions
1. Set up ring toss targets at appropriate distances.
2. Demonstrate the tossing motion.
3. Let each child practise and count successful tosses.

Adjust distances based on each child's ability.
Assessment
Observe and note: sustained engagement, sensory responses, early vocalisations, and attachment behaviours. Document using the Characteristics of Effective Learning framework (Playing and Exploring). Observe motor control and counting skills.
