Objectives

Materials
- Popcorn kernels
- Popped popcorn
- Popcorn maker (teacher use)
- Observation sheets
Instructions
1. Observe unpopped kernels with magnifying glasses.
2. Watch popcorn pop (safely with adult supervision).
3. Describe changes: What happened? What do you see, hear, smell?
4. Taste test and describe flavors.
