Instructions
Hide ABC flashcards around the space. Children 'fly' to find them and identify the letters.
Educator tip
Create a 'landing strip' where children bring their found letters and line them up in alphabetical order as a group challenge.

Observe and note: ability to follow two-step instructions, use of new vocabulary in context, early problem-solving strategies, and sustained shared thinking episodes. Assess against Development Matters age-band expectations. Observe letter identification accuracy and ability to connect letters to sounds.
