Instructions

Use cloud cutouts to match and generate rhyming words in an air travel themed activity.

Educator tip

Create a 'rhyming clouds' display where children add new rhyming pairs they discover.

Assessment

Observe and note: ability to follow two-step instructions, use of new vocabulary in context, early problem-solving strategies, and sustained shared thinking episodes. Assess against Development Matters age-band expectations. Observe ability to identify and generate rhymes at appropriate developmental level.
