Verb Tense Chart — Past, Present, Future
Tense anchors the verb in time. The chart makes this visible: 'walked | walks | will walk.' The child transforms one verb across three times and feels the pattern — the past often ending in -ed, the future with 'will,' the present a simple form. Irregular verbs are discoveries to celebrate.
