Instructions

SETTING A GROUP CHALLENGE: 'Your team needs to build a house big enough for everyone to sit inside! You'll need to work together and listen to everyone's ideas.'

SUPPORTING TEAMWORK: Guide cooperation: 'Has everyone had a say? Mia, what's YOUR idea? Leo wants to build it tall and Elena wants it wide—can you combine both ideas?'

TEACHING NEGOTIATION: 'You disagree about where to put the roof. That's okay! Talk about it. Listen to each other's reasons. Can you find a way that works for everyone?'

CELEBRATING THE TEAM: 'You built it TOGETHER! Everyone contributed! Leo carried blocks, Mia designed it, Elena solved the roof problem. That's amazing TEAMWORK!'
