- Large paper roll
- Washable paint

Instructions
Dip feet or hands in paint and step/press onto paper to make 'dinosaur prints.' Display as a mural.
Educator tip
Create a storyline: 'The dinosaurs walked through here!'
Assessment
Observe and note: ability to follow two-step instructions, use of new vocabulary in context, early problem-solving strategies, and sustained shared thinking episodes. Assess against Development Matters age-band expectations. Observe willingness to participate and motor control during printing.
