Instructions
Train students as Character Ambassadors who model and promote character throughout the school. Develop ambassador responsibilities: greeting visitors, modeling behavior, recognizing others' character, helping with character initiatives. Create visible recognition (badges, sashes) so ambassadors are identifiable. Conduct regular ambassador meetings to discuss challenges and celebrate successes. Rotate ambassadors so many students experience this leadership.
Educator tip
Ambassadorship should be earned through demonstrated character, not academic performance or popularity.
Assessment
Observe modeling consistency, promotion activities, and leadership quality.
