- Googly eyes (large, safe sizes)
Instructions
Provide each child with a paper bag and pre-cut dragon features. Help children glue on large friendly eyes, colorful scales, and small wings. Emphasize that these are 'nice dragons who help people.' For toddlers, let them choose colors and placement. For infants, help them feel the textures and watch you create, then let them interact with the finished puppet.
