• Students will move like frogs and identify related actions and sounds.

Materials

• Lily pad floor markers
• frog toys
• optional costumes

Instructions

1. Set up lily pad shapes around the room.

2. Have children jump from pad to pad while saying 'Ribbit!'

3. Add music or rhythm for timed jumping.

Count jumps aloud to integrate numeracy.
