SMS Opt-In — How IPC Education Collects Consent

How we collect SMS consent

1. A visitor submits an enquiry form on ipc.education.
2. Each form contains a mobile number field, clearly labelled "Mobile Number (optional)". Providing a number is not required.
3. Directly beneath it is a consent checkbox, unchecked by default, which the visitor must actively tick.
4. Consent is never a condition of submitting the form, booking a call, or receiving the free 2026 Blueprint.
5. Each consent is stored with a timestamp, IP address, and the exact checkbox wording that was displayed at the time.
