The classroom structure is clearly set out, with the Nest for children aged 4 months to 12 months, the Nursery for children from 12 months to 3 years, and two Preschool classes for children from 3 to 6 years. The preschool classes are described as equivalent to a Pre Primary class and Grade R in traditional schooling. These details point to a setting that is organised by age group and stage of development.
The source highlights a visual tour of the school’s playground and “stimulating learning environment,” which gives a small glimpse into daily life on site. Beyond that, the information provided focuses mainly on the classroom arrangement rather than on additional facilities or activities. Families are invited to book a tour by appointment, and the school provides both an email address and a phone number for contact. That suggests a welcoming, family-facing environment where parents can learn more directly from the school before enrolling.
What makes Nutwood Forest Montessori Preschool distinctive in the source is its clear Montessori identity, its broad early years span from infancy through to age six, and its small-group structure across the different stages. The warm “Home from Home” description and the emphasis on a stimulating learning environment suggest a setting designed for young children who benefit from close attention and a carefully arranged classroom experience. It may be a good fit for families seeking a co-educational early childhood school in Green Point with Montessori-based care and learning in English.
