Gilbert Rd. in Mesa, Arizona, the school serves a broad age range starting with infants at two months old and continuing through to students aged fourteen. Across its three campus locations, the school maintains a mission to provide a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore their full academic and personal potential. The atmosphere is centered on respect for the individual child and their developmental journey.

The educational approach at the school is strictly guided by Association Montessori Internationale principles. There are eight distinct communities within the school that cater to different developmental stages. The teaching staff is highly experienced, featuring twenty educators who possess a collective total of two hundred fifty years in the field. This deep well of knowledge ensures that the English language instruction and classroom activities align with high standards of Montessori practice.

Daily life for students is structured around the academic calendar, which includes a standard school year beginning in August and an optional summer session that runs through June and July. The facilities are designed to be peaceful spaces for focus, and the calendar includes unique opportunities for family involvement, such as the Ice Cream Float Social in September. Regular parent and teacher conferences are scheduled to foster a strong connection between home and school life. The environment is planned to support both the academic and social development of each student within their specific age group community.

What makes Montessori International School distinctive is its forty year history of providing certified Montessori education to over three thousand students. It is a suitable fit for families seeking a grounded, long term educational path that follows the structured yet flexible AMI guidelines from infancy through the early teenage years. The school provides a consistent and stable community where children can stay with the same philosophy of learning for over a decade. This continuity of care and the extensive experience of the faculty create a dedicated space for families who value a traditional Montessori foundation.
