The environment is intended to feel open and engaging, while still remaining safe and secure.

What makes the school distinctive is its combination of a play-based approach, bilingual learning and a strong focus on transition to primary school. In its final two terms, every MindChamps Kindergarten 2 class experiences the theme “Here I Come, P1!”. The school also states that teachers undergo up to 200 hours of compulsory training and accreditation, regardless of previous qualification or experience.
