By-The-Park is a preschool for children ages 2 to 6. Its guiding belief is that every child is an active contributor and a social being, capable of making a difference through words, actions, and deeds. The school says this belief anchors its approach and practices, and the overall atmosphere appears centered on helping young children feel seen, valued, and part of a community. The language used on the school’s site suggests a nurturing setting where children are encouraged to grow with confidence and purpose.
The school describes its approach as one that supports children in playing, discovering, and creating a sense of belonging. Its curriculum tags point to play-based learning, social-emotional development, and inclusivity. The site also highlights three ideas that shape the experience for little ones: being empowered to play to the fullest of their imagination, being supported by a village to discover their growing potential, and being nurtured in the culture of Ubuntu to create belonging and the courage to believe in “I Can and I Will.” English is the language listed for the school.
Daily life at By-The-Park seems to be organized around play, discovery, and creative expression. The source includes images of children engaged in hands-on activity, which fits the school’s emphasis on imagination and exploration. The school also lists collaborative partners, including World Forum Foundation, Nimbletunes, and Ray of Joy Therapy. Beyond that, the available information does not give details about facilities, outdoor spaces, or a broader list of extracurricular activities, so the clearest picture is one of a preschool community built around relationships, shared learning, and a sense of belonging.
What stands out most about By-The-Park is its strong focus on the child as both capable and connected. The language of contribution, community, and Ubuntu gives the school a clear identity, especially for families looking for a preschool that values social-emotional growth alongside play. It may be a particularly good fit for children ages 2 to 6 whose families want an English-language preschool environment with an emphasis on inclusivity, discovery, and feeling part of a caring village.
