• What's Out There? A Book about Space by Lynn Wilson
• Black construction paper
• Powdery glitter
• 8 circles per student (planet templates)
• Scissors and glue

Instructions

Transport children into the wonder of space through an engaging read-aloud experience followed by a creative response activity.

Assessment

Teacher observation of student's ability to demonstrate developing knowledge of planets and ability to follow simple steps for completing the project.
